Kelly Okamura is an Associate of the law firm of Harvey Ballard & Bornstein, LLC and practices primarily in the areas of estate planning and individual income tax preparation.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Okamura studied at Boston University’s (“BU’s”) School of Management where she majored in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Law. Upon graduating from BU, she began her professional career in the banking and finance industry at Morgan Stanley in New York City. Ms. Okamura then made a career switch and enrolled in law school, eventually receiving her juris doctorate from Villanova Law School in 2024.
